A Girl and Her Bow...
Back in November, I had the incredible opportunity to create a more intentional, creative session with Rose. At just 13 years old, she’s passionate about hunting, and her family wanted photos that truly preserve who she is right now... not just what she looks like, but what she loves.
We headed to a hunting camp in Southeast Texas, a location my husband recommended. On paper, it wasn’t anything elaborate... just a simple campsite used by hunters, but the light completely transformed it. It was one of those moments where everything clicks. I brought my light to experiment with an outdoor setup, and it ended up being absolutely perfect for the mood and storytelling of this session.
This shoot was meaningful, authentic, and unforgettable! Exactly the kind of session that reminds me why I love creating portraits that tell real stories.
